Nisse (nis·se): From Nordic Folklore they are traditional guardians of farms, offering protection to families and animals in exchange for kindness. If treated well, they can assist with chores, but they are quick to take offense, often playing tricks or stealing when insulted. So, it's important to treat them with respect!

Gather your favorite friends and spend a relaxing summer evening surrounded by beautiful blooms at Nisse Farms. Wander through our flower fields during the golden hours of the evening, handpick your favorite flowers, and create a stunning bouquet to take home. New this year, you'll also get to choose a keepsake vase that fits your style, making your arrangement even more personal.
And the mocktail? We took that to the next level too! We spent the entire winter tasting, testing, and perfecting recipes to create a handcrafted signature mocktail that celebrates the flavors of the season. Each event will feature its own unique mocktail, thoughtfully crafted to complement your evening on the farm.

*Space is intentionally limited to create a relaxed, intimate experience, so be sure to reserve your spot early!

Your $30 Photo Session Pass gives one family, couple, senior, or individual client and their photographer access to the designated flower fields at Nisse Farms on the date selected.
Available July–September (into October if weather allows)
Friday–Sunday | 10 AM–Sunset
There are no individual time slots—you may arrive anytime during photography hours on your selected date. Please keep in mind that other photographers and families may be using the fields at the same time. We ask everyone to be courteous, keep moving, and share those favorite photo spots.
Please note: A photographer is not included. Your pass is for access to the flower fields only. Greenhouses, farm buildings, and private areas of the property are not included.
Nisse Farms is a working farm, and bloom conditions cannot be guaranteed.
Photo Session Passes are non-refundable. Weather-related sessions may be moved to another available photography day.

There is something magical about a Sunday morning on the farm. The dew is still on the petals, the air is cool, and the only schedule is the one you make for yourself.
Join us on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM to wander our flower fields and harvest your own bit of sunshine. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just looking for a peaceful start to your weekend. Don’t forget to bring your vase or jar.

🌿 How it Works: Your Sunday Field Guide
We like to keep things simple so you can focus on the flowers.
Step 1: Check-In at the Shed. When you arrive, head to the flower stand. We’ll get you set up with your jar of choice and a pair of floral snips.
Step 2: Wander the Rows. Our fields are your playground! Take your time exploring. We grow everything from airy fillers to bold focal blooms.
Step 3: Snip & Style. Find a stem you love, snip it at an angle, and tuck it into your jar. Don't worry about being a pro—nature does most of the styling for you!
Step 4: Water & Go. We’ll top off your jar if you brought one with fresh water and flower food before you head home so your blooms stay happy all week long.

Want farm-fresh flowers without having to pick them yourself? Our Pre-Order Bouquets are the perfect way to bring the beauty of Nisse Farms blooms into your home or share them with someone special.
Each bouquet is thoughtfully designed using the freshest flowers available from our fields. Because we harvest specifically for your order, we are able to create fuller, longer-lasting bouquets with the best blooms possible. For the freshest selection, we kindly ask for at least 3 days’ notice before your desired pickup date.
All pre-order bouquets will be available for pickup at our farmstand on your selected pickup day.

Our signature everyday bouquet! A beautiful mix of seasonal blooms, textures, and colors arranged with the best flowers blooming in the field that week.
🌸 The Abundant Bloom Bouquet — $45
A generous, statement-making bouquet filled with the abundance of the farm. Designed with extra layers, premium blooms when available, and plenty of seasonal beauty.
Every bouquet is unique and reflects the season here at Nisse Farms. From the first spring blooms to the colorful abundance of summer and fall, each arrangement is a little piece of our flower field brought straight to you.
Make it gift-ready! Add a reusable glass vase for $5, and we'll have your bouquet beautifully arranged and ready to enjoy the moment you get home. This is available for the Farmstand Bouquet or Abundant Bloom Bouquets.
